February's H.E.A.L Challenge

Starts on Valentine's Day February 14th-March 6th

Simple daily habits to clear your mind, boost positivity, and create a strong mental foundation.

REMINDER: The goal is progress, not perfection!

Tip: Keep a journal to track how each habit makes you feel. Small changes add up to a big mindset shift!

Print out the rocks and try cutting out each to make a picture of a cairn OR put them into a jar to represent your self-care cup!

*You can also use coins, marbles, beads etc. to keep track!

Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces daily.

eXtra challenge - AVOID OTHER DRINKS…

You can get creative if you normally struggle with only drinking water! Reach out for some ideas. Share some of your favorite ways to drink water with adding clean ingredients. Let’s see how you feel. Just submit your tracker or a sheet of paper with the dates you were successful with or even partially and you get entered to win a prize !

You can start 1-5 minutes a day with the goal of 30 minutes or more being best from what small studies share to gain the most benefits. You can read here:

Baby steps is key. Start small if needed. Some mornings it’s helpful to wakeup just to drink water outside, throw the ball to Tripper, and possibly hit the yoga mat. Somedays I know I’m going to play hours outside with Jax in the sandbox.
