Bridal COntract for Andrea Foss

The wedding date is May 23rd, 2020 and will be held at Brookstone Park, 14 NH- 111, Derry, NH 03038.

Hair & makeup services will be provided in a rented house located at 16 Commonwealth Avenue, Salisbury, MA starting at 8am on the day of the wedding and will be completed by 1pm pending no changes to the schedule. There are 16 services scheduled as of 11/14/19.

Terms of Agreement:

This contract is between KO Beauty Bar, LLC/Kayla Ouellette and The Bride (Client).

Deposit - A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the date of your special day and allotted time agreed upon above. The Bride has 14 days from the date of this contract to pay the deposit before their date will be released. Deposits can be paid via check, Venmo (@kobeautybar) or PayPal (Friends & Family - click here to use this method) . Credit card payments are welcome but fees will apply (your deposit total would be $315.00).

Card on File - A credit card on file is required. Having a card on file gives the bride one less thing to worry about on the day of. Payment for the bride’s services will be charged to this card along with any last minute cancellations on the day of from any bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, flower girl, etc. This card will also be charged in the event of a cancellation within 24-hours of a trial appointment for the bride.

Stylists - KO Beauty Bar, LLC will provide 3 stylist(s) to perform services to the Bride and her guests on the wedding day.

Traveling – A travel fee of $300.00 will be charged in addition to services. Overnight accommodations are additional if needed and all pricing variables will be due to time constraints of event planning and artists.

Cancellations - Trial run cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged to the card on file at a rate of $30/service.

Guests - All guest information is required. All people receiving services will get a pre-event reminder of how their hair and/or skin should be prepared for such services.

Services – All services must be committed to and arranged for ahead of time. Additional fees will be charged for any additional services provided on day of event (extra preparation of hair and/or skin to allow for services, add on flower girl, etc.). Service prices are subject to change per the stylist.

The Bride’s Services - Bridal Style & Makeup (with trials) will be $360.00. Services for the Bride’s guests are listed below.
