This contract is between KO Beauty Bar, LLC/Kayla Ouellette and The Bride Taylor.
Services – All services collected from bride and guest forms shall be reviewed 2 weeks prior to the wedding and paid for by XX/XX/2026 Additional fees will be charged for any additional services provided on the day of the event.
Bride’s hair service will be $250.00 (includes 1 trial run & day of event hair).
Bridesmaid’s hair services will be $126 (all responsible for and Kayla will be collecting payment from each)
Moms blowout/style $78+
Junior bridesmaid $95
Travel $155 per stylist. Carrie will charge $155 for coming here to KO Beauty Bar
Hair Design/Trial Appointment: The bridal hair design appointment will be scheduled before event, $125.00 will be due at the time of the trial appointment. This includes a time period of 1.5 hours. Additional design appointments, hair trial runs, are available for any member of the party prior to the event date at an additional fee paid on that day of service. $125 is the fee for one trial. The trial service is performed in the lower level of KO Beauty Bar at 58 Apple Way, Epping, NH 03042 unless planned at another location.
Stylists: KO Beauty Bar, LLC will provide 1 stylist, Kayla Ouellette, to perform hair services to the Bride and her 1 guest on the wedding day for the maximum of 6 hair services.
Second Artist: Carrie Hardy, a second artist fee of $50.00(PAID XX/XX/XX) will be a retainer to hold the artist on the date needed. The $50 is nonrefundable. Travel fees, tolls and parking fees for the second artist will be variable depending on the artist requested. Additional artists are subcontracted by KO Beauty Bar, where they are not an employee they will have their own contract and possible additional fees.
Travel Fees/Parking: a $440 travel fee will be charged between the two stylists. This fee includes the distance up to 1 hour from 58 Apple Way Epping, NH 03042 to and from the event (totalling a max of 2 hours). Any travel beyond that will be an additional fee of $65. If the following fees are incurred over $10: tolls, parking, valet, ect. they will be included in the final balance. Travel per stylist= Carrie will charge $200 and Kayla with KO Beauty Bar $240 = $440 total
Early Morning Start Time: If the travel is more than 1 1⁄2 hours one way and requires an artist to start early and travel before 7am, it will be required to provide appropriate accommodations for the artist(s) the night before unless arranged otherwise.
Cancellation Policy: If a client cancels within 7 days of the booked date, they will be liable to pay 50% of the remaining balance of the hair services booked with KO Beauty Bar. (Each contractor may have their own policy). The trial run policy is a 48 hour cancellation window.
Payment: The final payment balance is due 14 days prior to the day of the event and must be paid in full before the wedding date. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this agreement. We will not collect the final balances the day of event. It is the responsibility of the person(s) whose name appears on the agreement to collect final payment from all receiving services beforehand. Each guest will have a form they are required to fill out (unless decided differently with Kayla Ouellette) with the option of payment styles to pay KO Beauty Bar directly. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Check, Venmo and Credit Card. Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated ( already included in bridal guest pricing) .
Booking Deposit: To secure a date, this signed agreement and a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $50.00(PAID XX/XX/XX) is required to hold the date of your special day and allotted time agreed upon. This includes unlimited communication throughout the planning of your event, along with a 20 minute in person/virtual meeting prior to your booking if needed with Kayla.
Card on File: A credit card on file is required. Having a card on file gives the bride one less thing to worry about. Payment for the bride’s services will be charged to this card if needed. Payment via Venmo, check, cash or PayPal is preferred to avoid fees.
