Bridal COntracT for Amanda Ansell

The wedding date is August 30th, 2020 and will be held at 570 Ocean Boulevard, Rye, NH 03870-2104.

Hair & makeup services will be provided at a TBD location. Start and end time of services is to be determined. There are 2 services for the bride scheduled as of 06/23/2020.

Terms of Agreement:

This contract is between KO Beauty Bar, LLC/Kayla Ouellette and The Bride (Client).

Deposit - A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $150.00 is required at the time of booking to hold the date of your special day and allotted time agreed upon above. The Bride has 14 days from the date of this contract to pay the deposit before their date will be released. Deposits can be paid via check, Venmo (@kobeautybar) or PayPal (Friends & Family - click here to use this method) . Credit card payments are welcome but fees will apply (your deposit total would be $155.00).

Card on File - A credit card on file is required. Having a card on file gives the bride one less thing to worry about on the day of. Payment for the bride’s services will be charged to this card along with any last minute cancellations on the day of.

Stylists - KO Beauty Bar, LLC will provide 1 stylist to perform services to the Bride on the wedding day.

Traveling – A travel fee of $150.00 will be charged in addition to services if the services are to be performed at a location other than KO Beauty Bar.

Cancellations - Trial run cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged to the card on file at a rate of $30/service. (See “Card on File” section regarding day of service cancellations.)

Services – All services must be committed to and arranged for ahead of time. Additional fees will be charged for any additional services provided on day of event (extra preparation of hair and/or skin to allow for services, add on flower girl, etc.). Service prices are $100 for Bridal Style and $100 for Bridal Makeup. This does not include trial runs but day-of services only.
